چکیده

Pulsed lasers at the near infrared (NIR) range have been widely used in dermatology. Ultrashort pulsed picosecond are found with specific ability of very effective activation skin repair and remodeling along significant photodamage. Femtosecond lasers, a shorter pulse width, may be promising alternative to current NIR clinic. In this study, we performed optical micromachining by femtosecond laser 1,030 nm live mice two modes scanning focused direct irradiation unfocused laser. The acute one-day delayed immune molecular responses studied immunofluorescence microscopy sections. Our data shows can activate without any responses. contrast, deep dermis high regulation interleukin. Those results suggest is good potential repairing little or physical damage.

Femtosecond Laser Micromachining of Single-crystal Superalloys

Investigations on femtosecond laser micromachining of single crystal superalloys with and without plasma-sprayed thermal barrier coatings were conducted under laser fluences ranging from 0.1 J/cm up to 160 J/cm. Micromachining was carried out in air using a titanium:sapphire laser system ( = 780 nm) operating at a repetition rate of 1 kHz and delivering individual pulses of ~150 fs duration. Th...

Femtosecond laser micromachining of fused silica molds.

The use of low-energy femtosecond laser beam combined with chemical etching has been proven to be an efficient method to fabricate three-dimensional structures in fused silica. For high-volume application, this technology--like other serial processes--suffers from a moderate production rate. Here, we show that femtosecond laser can also be employed to fabricate silica molds and other patterned ...

Fabrication of waveguide spatial light modulators via femtosecond laser micromachining

We have previously introduced an anisotropic leaky-mode modulator as a waveguide-based, acousto-optic solution for spatial light modulation in holographic video display systems. Waveguide fabrication for these and similar surface acoustic wave devices relies on proton exchange of a lithium niobate substrate, which involves the immersion of the substrate in an acid melt. While simple and effecti...

Micromachining with a High Repetition Rate Femtosecond Fiber Laser

Industrial micromachining applications with ultrashort pulse lasers are often difficult to make practical due to the lack of robustness of the laser and the slow processing speed resulting from the low repetition rate. In the past, amplified, femtosecond lasers produced high pulse energies, but at a slow pulse repetition rate of around a kHz. The high repetition rate oscillators did not have en...
